As CEO of RSPL, Sumit is responsible for the company’s operations. This includes managing all aspects of Sales, Services, Delivery, Quality, Operational Excellence, as well as planned growth. He has made significant contributions in establishing a strong corporate governance process, as well as driving a culture of employee engagement in the organization. People and relationships are the cornerstones of his success, a belief he applies both to employees and to clients.

He started his career in 1992 as a System Analyst / Programmer with Alpha Toyo Limited, Faridabad. in those days he was heading the team for the development of Financial Accounting / Inventory Software for the organisation. 

In 1993 he started his own software development company Rational Business Systems which was then taken up to Rational Systems Pvt. Ltd. which now offers complete IT Solutions and Services to Home, SME and Corporate Clients.
